Role Summary:
We're seeking a motivated Heavy-Duty Parts Clerk/Advisor to assist customers, manage inventory, and process sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers (in-person, phone, email) with parts identification, provide expert advice, and process sales for heavy-duty trucks/trailers.
- Manage inventory: receive, stock, conduct counts, and maintain an organized parts department.
- Handle order processing, invoicing, and customer inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and stay updated on heavy-duty parts knowledge.
- Perform various billing tasks (AR/AP, etc...)
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in a parts role, preferably with heavy-duty trucks/trailers.
- Strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle systems and components.
- Proficient with electronic parts catalogs and inventory systems.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift/move moderately heavy items.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
