Design and drive initiatives that strengthen company culture, employee engagement, and a sense of belonging across all teams.

Act as a culture custodian — ensuring company values are reflected in everyday decisions, communications, and behaviors.

Plan and lead employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and team-building activities.

Regularly gather employee feedback (surveys, focus groups, one-on-ones) and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Sit on the People Project Committee, contributing to discussions on employee engagement strategies, and the planning of employee activities and functions.

Own the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive and culture-aligned candidate experience.

Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and build strong talent pipelines.

Design and continuously improve onboarding programs that help new hires integrate quickly and feel welcomed.

Manage core HR functions including payroll coordination, benefits administration, leave management, and HR record-keeping.

Process and administer payroll, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Review and approve employee timesheets, ensuring accurate tracking of hours worked, leave, and overtime.

Ensure company policies and practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.

Maintain and update the employee handbook, policies, and standard operating procedures.

Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.

Identify learning and development needs, and coordinate training programs to support employee growth.

Support career development conversations and internal mobility opportunities.

Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.

Champion employee wellbeing initiatives, including mental health support and work-life balance programs.

Foster open communication channels between employees and leadership.

Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management.

Use HR metrics and data to inform decisions on retention, engagement, and culture health.

Contribute to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

4+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on culture, engagement, or employee experience.

Solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

Experience using HRIS systems and comfort working with HR data/metrics.

Working knowledge of payroll processes, including hands-on experience supporting or coordinating payroll runs, deductions, and payroll-related queries.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
