Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Member to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various daily operations, including food preparation, guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting kitchen workflows. Duties
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as washing, chopping, and assembling high-quality ingredients.
- Operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, and point-of-sale (POS) systems under proper supervision.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, handling transactions, and accurately answering guest questions.
- Support front-of-house and back-of-house cleanliness by washing dishes, clearing tables, and sanitizing workstations.
- Perform routine restocking of ingredients, packaging, and front-of-house supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Help with shift preparation, cleanup, and opening/closing duties to maintain high operational standards.
- Follow health, safety, and food sanitation protocols at all times to ensure a safe environment for both guests and the team.
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required; full training will be provided.
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment or point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a basic understanding of teamwork in a fast-paced environment are advantageous.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, work in a warm kitchen environment, and lift moderate loads (e.g., food crates, ice buckets) as needed.
