We are looking for a Showroom Merchandising & Maintenance Associate for our Quebec locations.
Our Floor Coordinator is responsible for maintaining our Quebec showrooms and assisting clients with their in-store appliance pick ups.
Location: Interested candidates should be willing & be able to drive / travel to different stores within Quebec
Shift Times: Tuesday to Saturday
Compensation: $20-$22 per hour, a car allowance will be provided
Start date: Immediately

What You’ll Be Doing! Your day-to-day will involve…
- Responsible for assisting customers with payments, operating debit terminal, loading appliances onto vehicles for customers,
- Maintenance of multiple showrooms across specified regions which may include display install, display uninstall, display maintenance
- Daily cleaning and upkeep of the facility/ displays (Floors/ Workspaces/ Washrooms/Wipe Appliances/ Dust/ Maintain Price Tags)
- Tracking on site inventory
- Facilitation of refurbishment, openings, and standards in showrooms across all regions
- Movement and placement of new floor models as they arrive
- Manage training and coaching to showroom attendants when required
- Provide support and coverage to show rooms and show room attendants:
- Cover vacations and sick calls in other showrooms when necessary
- Maintain and facilitate policy, procedure, and SOP for showrooms and show room attendants
- Responsible for completion of, and overseeing Health and Safety meetings at assigned locations
- Other duties as assigned

- Exceptional and engaging customer service skills
- Travel will be required - Must have own vehicle; Car allowance will be provided
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment with diligence and dedication
- Comfortable working in a digital environment
- Experience in appliances / hard goods preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75lb comfortably and consistently
