We are currently seeking a qualified Residential Maintenance Person for one of our residential properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consistently provide service excellence and resident support.
- Performing maintenance and repairs to building, common area and vacant/tenant units.
- Cleanliness of facility and grounds.
- Maintenance and repairs of units.
- Prepare, show and lease Units.
- Collect rent receivables.
- On-call every 2nd weekend, select week-nights.
- Other building duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Cleaning or property management experience.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Suite and Yardi).
- Strong maintenance skills (plumbing, painting, cleaning).
- Ability to adapt to change in rapidly growing company.
