Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, providing exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take and process food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met while handling and serving food.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests, including Spanish-speaking patrons, to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service during busy periods.
What We’re Looking For:
-2+ years of serving experience
-Serving It Right certification
-Strong communication & multitasking skills
-Available evenings and weekends
-Spanish is an asset
