Roofing and Flat Roofer Subcontractors Needed — Experience Required
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced roofing subcontractors and Flat Roofing contractors to join our team for upcoming residential and commercial roofing projects. The ideal candidates will have a solid background in roofing installation and repair, with the skills necessary to work efficiently and safely on various types of roofing systems. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality projects while utilizing your construction expertise.
Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, plywood, and other roofing components
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of roofs
- Use carpentry skills for framing, trimming, and finishing work related to roofing projects
- Operate hand tools efficiently and safely throughout each project phase
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes
- Roofing experience is required.
- Flat Roofers highly desirable (10 years experience)
- Must have your own equipment.
- Must have your own vehicle.
- Must be dependable and able to work independently.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in roofing installation, repair, or related construction work
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and blueprint reading
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Construction experience with a focus on roofing systems preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for transportation between sites
This position requires reliable, skilled subcontractors committed to quality workmanship and safety standards.
Pay: $30+ per bundle!!
Flat roofing $39/hr+ depending on experience (10 experience years highly desirable/considered)
