We are seeking a Kinesiologist who thrives on managing their own client caseload and autonomously designing effective, evidence-based treatment plans. This is a Full-Timepermanent position (no summer students), located at our Heritage Valley location in South Edmonton. Hours would be Tuesday - Saturday for 35-40 hours a week/
Responsibilities of a Kinesiologist include:
- Working with patients in various stages of rehabilitation
- Basic laundry, cleaning, and equipment inventory tasks
- Assist in progressing rehabilitation programs
- Assist in developing home exercise programs
- Assisting the physiotherapist and working in a fast paced team environment
- Getting to know our awesome patients, making their comfort a priority, and treating each one like family!
To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications:
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Well-developed communication and management skill
-Able to work independently without day-to-day supervision
-A kinesiology degree
-Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience, but not required
