Job Summary
Palletry is a cross-border 3PL fulfillment company built for the next generation of ecommerce — specializing in large and oversized products like cold plunges, saunas, gym equipment, and furniture. We operate warehouse facilities in both Toronto, Canada and Buffalo, New York, giving our clients the unique ability to ship across the US and Canada at domestic rates. Our proprietary warehouse management system and contracts with 12+ freight carriers power a tech-forward fulfillment experience that competing 3PLs can't match.
We're growing fast. Our small-to-mid-size clients generate $3K–$15K/month in fulfillment revenue, and our larger accounts bring in $20K–$50K+ monthly — which means there's serious commission on the table for the right salesperson.
You'll work out of our Etobicoke office where you'll have your own dedicated workstation and everything you need to hit the ground running — laptop, CRM access and prospect lists. Responsibilities
- Prospect and reach out to ecommerce brands selling oversized products through cold email, LinkedIn, and phone calls
- Run discovery calls and demos showcasing Palletry's fulfillment capabilities and technology
- Build and manage a sales pipeline using our CRM tools
- Negotiate contracts and close new fulfillment clients
- Work with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Stay current on trends in ecommerce, DTC brands, and the oversized product space
- Relay market feedback to help shape our services and messaging
Experience
- 1–3 years in B2B sales, business development, or account management
- Track record of cold outreach and closing deals
- Strong communication skills — comfortable talking to founders, operations managers, and logistics teams
- Self-motivated and organized — you manage your own pipeline without hand-holding
- Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools
Nice to have:
- Experience in logistics, 3PL, supply chain, or ecommerce
- Existing relationships with DTC or ecommerce brands
- Familiarity with cross-border shipping between Canada and the US
- Comfortable using CRM tools
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $40,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
