Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and experience with hydraulic systems. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety standards. The Hydraulic Technician will work with various machinery, including , cranes and multi lifts while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Must be able to work shift work 7:30am - 4:00 pm & 4:00 pm - 12:30 amrotating bi weekly
- Must have own basic mechanical tools
Duties
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems on various equipment including excavators, cranes, and forklifts.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on hydraulic components to ensure reliability and safety.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for assembly and disassembly of hydraulic systems.
- Conduct heavy lifting as required to move equipment or components during repairs.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues related to hydraulic systems.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge with hands on experience working with hydraulic systems
- Welding skills are beneficial for certain repair tasks.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively.
- Experience with industrial equipment assembly and repair processes.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems as they relate to hydraulic operations.
