Make an impact as we seek a Solutions Architect, Power Platform & D365 for our growing Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will serve as the architectural authority across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform engagements, capable of acting as the Functional Architect, Technical Architect, and Enterprise Architect based on project needs. This role is accountable for end-to-end solution integrity, from business process design and functional architecture through technical implementation and enterprise-level platform strategy. You will design scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that align business objectives with Microsoft’s ecosystem, while ensuring architectural consistency across projects, programs, and client roadmaps. You will work directly with client executives, IT leadership, and delivery teams to define CRM platform strategy, integration patterns, data architecture, environment strategy, and governance, while remaining close enough to delivery to ensure solutions are practical, performant, and executable.

Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, and develop various components of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, D365 and Power Platform
- Develop analytical and insightful recommendations to meet deliverable targets
- Complete project tasks within budget and to client satisfaction
- Communicate architecture and design with clients, up to CTO/CIO level
- Identify assignment conflicts or issues and communicate to Engagement Manager
- Contribute to practice growth and development by identifying potential sales opportunities
- Assist in the development of client proposals
- Participate in practice initiatives (i.e. functional/technical analysis, documentation, etc.)
- Promote MNP Digital services through the delivery of presentations, writing articles, facilitating workshops or participating in community activities
- Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses and industry
- Raise awareness of MNP through discussions at community events including client and company sponsored functions
- Network in the local business community and consider business development opportunities
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches in order to improve work processes
- Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and addressing performance issues promptly
- Promote regular attendance, balanced lifestyle and high standard of team wellness
- Conduct formal, written annual performance reviews
- Attend internal MNP courses to further develop your technology consulting knowledge
Skills & Experience
- Completion of a Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant field or ten (10) to twelve (12) years of relevant experience
- Five (5) to ten (10) years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions in the private or public sector, with five (5) to seven (7) years experience with Dynamics CRM and/or D365 and Power Platform
- Deep knowledge in Software Development Life Cycle and design, including Agile
- Deep understanding of platform integration patterns and APIs, system integrations, software engineering patterns, development of architectural/high level designs within defined architectural frameworks and software engineering patterns
- Proven experience in designing complex integration of multiple systems
- Experience with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership
- Proven experience across multiple languages and technology stacks (Java, C, C++, C#, Objective C, SQL Server, etc.) is an asset
- Ability to run code reviews and enforce coding best practices is an asset
- Ability to attain a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability or Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to travel throughout Canada up to 20% if needed
