We are seeking an experienced Bevel Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in metal fabrication, grinding, and edge preparation, with the ability to operate beveling machines and ensure precision work as per specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate beveling machines to prepare metal edges as per drawings/specifications
- Perform grinding, deburring, and surface finishing of metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
- Ensure accuracy of bevel angles and dimensions
- Conduct quality checks and maintain production standards
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in metal fabrication / beveling / grinding
- Experience with tools such as grinders, plasma cutters, beveling machines
- Ability to read blueprints and measuring tools (vernier, tape, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Physically fit and able to handle heavy materials
- Experience in manufacturing / steel / fabrication environment (preferred)
