Duties
- Assist in preparing and serving meals according to dietary guidelines and patient preferences
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed
- Deliver meals to residents in a timely manner, respecting their dietary restrictions and schedules
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, adhering to safety standards
- Support the manage with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and patients regarding dietary needs and restrictions
- Document meal service activities accurately using appropriate case management systems or documentation tools.

- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, staff, and team members
- Organizational skills to manage meal schedules, inventory, and documentation efficiently .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic mechanical knowledge can be beneficial for equipment handling or troubleshooting kitchen appliances
- Time management skills to ensure timely meal delivery and adherence to schedules.
- food handler certificate is mandatory.
- Experience in hospital or healthcare settings is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
