Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to develop detailed project plans and schematics
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate implementation
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Civil 3D for project documentation and tracking
- Oversee procurement processes including construction estimating and cost control measures
- Manage project timelines effectively through strong time management skills, ensuring milestones are met on schedule
- Monitor safety protocols on-site to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong background in construction projects
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical documentation
- Hands-on experience with construction estimating tools and heavy civil project management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, or HeavyBid
- Familiarity with construction scheduling techniques and project management methodologies
- Ability to read and understand schematics and technical drawings accurately
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management capabilities to handle multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction safety standards is highly desirable
