We are a growing structural steel and miscellaneous metals company seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in steel fabrication and erection projects and be capable of managing projects from award through completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage structural steel and miscellaneous metals projects from start to finish.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, architects, general contractors, suppliers, and field crews.
- Prepare and track project schedules, budgets, and change orders.
- Manage material procurement and fabrication schedules.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Identify and resolve project issues proactively.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Support estimating and project handoff processes when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in the structural steel and/or miscellaneous metals industry.
- Strong understanding of steel fabrication, shop drawings, and erection processes.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Experience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
