We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Millwork Drafter to produce accurate shop drawings and production-ready data for our factory.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting & Modeling: Prepare millwork shop drawings from architectural specifications and create accurate 3D models.
- Documentation: Review project documents to identify missing information and revise drawings based on internal or external feedback.
- Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, estimators, and production staff to ensure drawings are buildable and aligned with requirements.
- Production Support: Generate clear drawings for client review, CNC machining, and installation, while assisting with material takeoffs as needed.
Requirements:
- Software Proficiency: Must have experience with AutoCAD and Mozaik.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience drafting architectural millwork or cabinetry and a strong understanding of construction/installation methods.
- Skills: Ability to interpret architectural drawings, manage multiple deadlines, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Assets:
- Millwork experience for both Residential and Commercial.
- Experience generating CNC-ready information.
- Direct coordination experience with production and installation teams.
