Compensation

Responsibilities
- Enter supplier invoices into job costing spreadsheets
- Match invoices to specific projects
- Organize digital job files and documentation
- Maintain customer and project records
- Assist with warranty and completion paperwork
- Track material costs and update reports
- Follow up on customer reviews and administrative requests
- Assist with data entry and general office administration
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and reports
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written English communication
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in construction, roofing, renovations, or trades administration is an asset
