Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI Developer to join our technology team. As an AI Developer at FlashPharmacy, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven solutions to optimize operations and enhance digital healthcare services. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into our systems and develop innovative solutions to drive our mission forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI models and algorithms to optimize pharmacy operations and patient engagement.
- Develop natural language processing (NLP) systems to improve customer service interactions and automate routine inquiries.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to deploy machine learning models in production environments.
- Continuously improve the performance and scalability of AI systems by leveraging feedback, testing, and advanced technologies.
- Develop predictive models for inventory management, patient health outcomes, and personalized treatment plans.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise systems to streamline processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and deep learning technologies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers on AI projects.
- Conduct regular evaluations of AI performance, suggest improvements, and develop solutions for identified problems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in AI development, with a focus on machine learning, natural language processing, or deep learning.
- Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, etc.).
- Experience with AI integration in enterprise-level systems such as ERP, CRM, or other business applications.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, algorithms, and AI model development.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and AI services.
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations, healthcare tech, or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
