We are looking for a self starting, motivated Maintenance Technician / Handyman/woman to join our team at the Metro Inn. The focus of this position is to in keep the hotel maintained along with troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
POOL/HOT TUB Experience is considered an asset.
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following;
-dry walling/ repairs, taping mudding.
- Painting
- Tiling
- Hanging doors, mirrors, pictures and curtains.
- Basic plumbing/leaks/toilet, sink repair and replacement
- Basic electrical, outlets etc.
- Interior/exterior door repairs / lock maintenance
-Other repairs might be required from time to time
- Moving furniture
- Snow removal
- Electrical, Plumbing and PTAC experience a plus
- Maintaining Pool and hot tub
- Other duties that are assigned
- Experience is necessary .
