Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle maintenance and repair services. Your responsibilities will include assessing customer needs, explaining repair options, and coordinating with our skilled technicians to ensure excellent service delivery. Duties
- Greet customers warmly and professionally upon arrival, establishing rapport and trust.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately record vehicle issues and service requests.
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance options clearly, emphasizing benefits and necessary work.
- Upsell additional services or products that meet customer needs while maintaining integrity.
- Prepare detailed repair orders and estimates, ensuring accuracy in parts and labor costs.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure timely completion of services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation of all financial dealings.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and adhere to dealership policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience or mechanic experience is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of automotive systems and repairs.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Proven sales ability, including upselling services while maintaining ethical standards.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing professional service.

Pay: $60,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
