- Inventory maintenance (accurately record and count stock)
- Keep work area clean
- Collect Floats
- Balance main float and VLT float
- Serve food to customers
- Attend to the VLT's and players' needs
- Stock beer shelves and kegs
- Cleaning
- Maintaining industrial dishwasher
- Must have Serve it Right
