We integrate with all the tools teams use and bring goals, KPIs, feedback, and performance assessments together in one tool. About the role
We are looking for a senior software developer to join our early team. You will be joining a small team of existing developers at a stage where we are still finding and refining our product-market fit — which means the work is dynamic, the direction evolves, and the impact you can have is significant. If you've thrived in early-stage environments where the path isn't always clearly defined, this role is for you. Experience with data analytics and AI is a benefit. This role is hybrid, and you are expected to come to the office, located in Downtown Vancouver, 2 days a week.
Responsibilities

Develop and enhance product features using Python and Typescript

Architect and design changes to the existing codebase

Assist with managing our infrastructure and deployment systems

Apply AI to the field of performance management

Collaborate closely with the customer-facing teams to address customer issues and enhance the product based on customer feedback

Take ownership of identifying what needs to be done — we move fast and you won't always be handed a ticket
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role, ideally in an early-stage startup or small team setting

Demonstrated ability to operate with ambiguity — comfortable when priorities shift and able to self-direct day-to-day work without heavy process or structure

Previous success in a pre-product-market-fit environment is a strong plus

Experience with Python, Typescript, Django or React is beneficial but not required

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently

Experience developing features utilizing LLMs is preferred
