Duties
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
- Spring and fall cleanups
- Mulch installation and property detailing
- Maintaining clean, professional job sites
- Following safety procedures and team standards
- Supporting the Crew Leader to complete routes efficiently
BASIC SKILLS:
- Humilhity to accept and ability to learn our way of doing our job.
- Proven experience with landscape maintenance and gardening practices.
- Ability to operate various landscaping machinery safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in maintenance tasks.
- Physical stamina for working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients. This position offers a dynamic work environment where technical skills and outdoor expertise are valued highly. Candidates should be motivated, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to creating beautiful landscapes through professional craftsmanship.
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
