Passion Mechanical is a growing plumbing company specializing in condominium and residential service throughout the GTA. We're looking for an experienced Service Plumber who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in condominium and residential buildings.
- Respond to scheduled service calls and 24/7 emergency service calls.
- Troubleshoot leaks, drain backups, water supply issues, fixtures, and piping systems.
- Perform drain cleaning, camera inspections, valve replacements, fixture installations, and general plumbing repairs.
- Complete detailed service reports and communicate findings with the office.
- Provide professional, courteous service to residents and property managers.
- Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of condominium and residential service plumbing experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple service calls.
- Valid G Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Own basic hand tools.
- Experience with after-hours emergency service is considered an asset.
