Responsibilities & Duties:
- Answer calls and emails from potential new customers or existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer's questions and offering suggestions on how to address their signage needs
- Produce mock-ups for quotes if required
- Produce and send out quotes and follow up to close as many quotes as possible
- Set up graphic files for production
- Act as a "Project Manager" for each order to ensure that production has everything to produce signs and that projects are scheduled properly to meet customer's deadlines
- Contact and manage vendors for outsourced work and parts
- Capture, edit and manipulate images using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AI
- Prospect and contact potential customers and follow up on potential leads
- Other duties as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in the Sign or Printing industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- 1-2 years experience in customer service and/or sales
- Basic graphic design capabilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to develop comprehensive layouts and produce marketing collateral
- Ability to build rapport and develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Strong drive to learn, flexible, and adaptable
- Driver's license would be an asset to do site visits

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
