Job Description
The sales associate’s role is to drive sales by improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service and communication. The sales associate will support the salon leader and desk team in ensuring all processes and service standards are followed at all times.
Skills and Qualifications
- Flexible schedule - evenings and weekends.
- Multi-tasking, problem solving and communication skills.
- Strong interest in beauty and fashion.
- Salon/retail experience an asset.
- Proficiency with computers, email, and excel.
Duties Include
- General Reception
- Opening/closing duties
- Greeting, welcoming, and directing clients
- Answering phones, responding to emails and voice messages
- Booking appointments for clients
- Processing sales
- Assisting in cleaning and organizing of the salon
