Job Summary
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and self-driven Senior Accountant to join our finance team.
This role is ideal for a professional who can independently manage the full accounting cycle, take ownership of financial operations, and deliver accurate and timely financial insights to support business decisions.
This position requires someone who is capable of working with minimal supervision and can lead and execute all accounting functions autonomously.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting independently (GL, journal entries, reconciliations)
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes end-to-end
- Handle payroll accounting and related filings
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports
- Lead and streamline month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor and manage cash flow and financial transactions accuracy
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Coordinate with external parties such as accountants, auditors, and government agencies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience (full-cycle required)
- Proven ability to manage accounting functions independently
- Strong understanding of general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Experience with payroll processing and compliance
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision
Pay: $5,000.00 per month
