Admissions Support Representative (Call Center)

About Us:
Herzing College has been a leader in career-focused, market-driven education for over 50 years. We offer programs in healthcare, business, legal studies, technology, and skilled trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, network cabling).
We are currently hiring Admissions Support Representatives to join our growing team. We are hiring for reps who are Bilingual in English and French, and Non bilingual reps as well.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from prospective students
- Make 80–100 outbound calls per day
- Book virtual and in-person appointments
- Accurately document notes and interactions
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly performance targets
- Maintain strong attendance and schedule adherence
Requirements
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong time management and organization
- Goal-oriented and reliable
- Ability to sit for extended periods
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Sunday availability may be required
Applicants must be available between the following hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
