Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Heavy Duty Cleaner to join our team. This role involves performing rigorous cleaning tasks across various facilities to ensure a safe, sanitary, and well-maintained environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in commercial cleaning and facilities maintenance. Duties
- Conduct thorough cleaning of industrial equipment, floors, walls, and surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and tools
- Perform deep cleaning tasks that require heavy-duty equipment and supplies to remove stubborn dirt, grime, and buildup
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas in accordance with health and safety standards
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues for resolution
- Follow established safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked, organized, and used efficiently
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests when necessary
Experience
- Proven experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic repair work is a plus
- Familiarity with various cleaning equipment, including floor scrubbers, pressure washers, and other heavy-duty tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe environment for staff and visitors

Pay: $19.00-$21.30 per hour
