POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a jr. product manager who will help our product team manage backlogs and sprints, author external and internal documentation, brainstorm solutions and assist with QA/ testing. You’ll be joining our team of young professionals and help shape the product culture within our organization.
Communication, time management, organizational skills and software/engineering fundamentals are essential to this role as you will be scoping out technical requirements, communicating with software engineers, account managers and end users, as well as presenting solutions to various different stakeholders within the organization. You will be working as a cross-functional team player across many different product lines, so time management and organization skills will be critical.
Our goal is to achieve the absolute highest customer satisfaction. Part of your role will be evaluating their current engineering workflow, challenges and requirements so that you can recommend our solutions and best practices.
ROLE:
- Work as an integral part of the team to ensure a successful handoff between development and sales
- Work closely with development, sales, project managers, marketing and end users
- Write technical and non-technical documentation to support our customers and internal teams
- Create, maintain and manage backlog items and sprints within Azure Dev Ops
- Assist with the QA and testing of new features and/or UX/UI components
- Understand consumer requirements and trends to help drive product development direction
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Computer), or equivalent experience
- Experience with scrum style management tools like Jira or Azure Dev Ops is an asset
- Experience with UX/UI design tools is an asset
- Have a passion for understanding customer’s businesses and matching solutions to their requirements

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
