Job Overview
Westrich Pacific Corp is a Canadian real estate developer specializing in residential rentals, concrete condominiums, and mixed-use developments. With our growing Kelowna-area portfolio, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on Property Manager to independently oversee daily operations for 150–300 residential units across multiple jurisdictions, including properties governed by the BC Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) and Westbank First Nation (WFN) Residential Premises Law.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily residential operations, including tenant relations, move-ins/move-outs, inspections, and unit turnovers
- Administer tenancies and ensure full compliance with BC Residential Tenancy Act (RTA) and WFN Residential Premises Law (RPL)
- Handle inquiries, complaints, disputes, rent collection, arrears, notices, and enforcement
- Collaborate with the Service Manager on work orders and unit readiness, and with the Leasing Team on occupancy
- Use Yardi Breeze for tenant management, maintenance tickets, collections, and reporting
- Maintain accurate records and deliver operational excellence with tenant satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- Proven residential property management experience in BC
- Strong working knowledge of the BC Residential Tenancy Act
- Advanced proficiency in Yardi Breeze
- Strong organizational, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation required for travel between properties
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing mixed-jurisdiction or Indigenous land-based properties
- Property management certification or related education
