Overview
Join our growing team as a Forklift Operator and become a key part of a fast-paced warehouse environment! We are hiring multiple operators with experience on equipment such as Raymond Reach and Order Picker.
In this role, you will support daily warehouse operations by safely moving product, loading/unloading shipments, and assisting with order fulfillment. If you’re reliable, safety-focused, and ready to work in a high-energy setting, we want to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment such as Raymond Reach, Order Picker, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Load and unload trailers and shipments using proper warehouse procedures
- Pick and prepare orders accurately using RF scanners and order picking processes
- Transport and stage inventory throughout the warehouse for shipping, receiving, and storage
- Support shipping & receiving by verifying inbound/outbound product against paperwork
- Update inventory and order movement using a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any issues or damage immediately
- Follow all workplace safety standards and maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications / Requirements
- Previous experience as a forklift operator or in a warehouse/distribution environment
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain/renew if required)
- Experience operating one or more of the following is REQUIRED:
- Raymond Reach
- Order Picker
- Walkie (Preferred)
- Comfortable using RF scanners and working within a WMS environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse
- Ability to lift and move materials safely throughout the shift
- Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 per hour
