Located in the new Paradox Hotel on the iconic Golden Mile of downtown Vancouver, Xylia Spa is currently looking for a Massage Therapist/Body Worker to join our team. Delivering exquisite spa treatments to our guests, responsibilities will include:
- Treating each guest as unique and deserving, taking an intuitive and responsive approach to rejuvenating one's natural energy flow.
- Catering our services to each guests’ wellness needs – physical, emotional and spiritual, helping them to reach their goals of optimal well-being.
- Creating the most relaxing atmosphere for our guests, prioritizing their comfort while performing 60 and 90 minute massages, leaving them restored from the inside out.
- Taking pride in our 4 rooms of holistic healing arts, maintaining cleanliness while forming a tranquil setting.
- Staying educated on other areas of spa operations, such as body treatments, product knowledge and retail sales
- Brainstorming ways to better shape guests’ overall experience.
- Assisting guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Being a team player who takes pride in fostering a respectful and caring environment for our spa family.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45.00-$100.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- massage therapy: 1 year (preferred)
