JOB DUTIES OF FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBER
· Ensure outstanding customer care at all times
· Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times.
· Knowledgeable about all aspects of Vine Ridge Resort, along with the surrounding area in order to assist in guest inquiries.
· Upon guest arrival, perform walk through of the cottage.
· Check in with guests to ensure all their questions are answered and that the accommodation meets their expectation.
· Answers telephone & in-person inquiries regarding reservations, resort information, sales information as well as owner and guest concerns.
· Contribute in maximizing store revenues
· Adhere to standard operating procedures.
· Help resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
· Help execute kid’s activities and events
· Scoop ice cream
· Maintain and clean work area
· Performs other duties as assigned, requested or deemed necessary by management.
· Ensures owner’s & guests’ safety by ensuring Covid-19 protocols are adhered to.
· Process and document owner payments as well as owner documents
QUALIFICATIONS
· Good knowledge of customer service
· Ability to work in a team setting
· Proficiency in English & French (oral and written), is considered an asset.
· Solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
· Excellent communication and people skills
· Able to work in a fast paced environment
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities
· Problem-solving skills

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
