Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Staff to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus. Previous experience in cleaning, laundry, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitizing
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned cleaning schedules within designated timeframes
- Maintain organized supplies and ensure all cleaning equipment is properly used and stored
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific cleaning preferences or special requests
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
Experience
- Prior experience in residential cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality is advantageous but not required; training will be provided
- Familiarity with cleaning products, tools, and laundry procedures is beneficial
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills to keep track of supplies and maintain a clean workspace
- Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
