We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer and Setup Machinist with strong experience in Haas and Mastercam to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality work, understands machining strategy, and can independently program, setup, and run CNC milling machines.

Responsibilities
- Program CNC milling parts using Mastercam, Setup and operate Haas CNC milling machines.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, and specifications of GD&T
- Optimize tooling, cycle times, and machining processes
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools such as digital calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools.
- Follow all health and safety policies and WHMIS regulations.
- All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Haas CNC setup and operating experience.
- Minimum 3 years of CNC programming using MasterCam software.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes
- Strong mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Experience maintaining tight tolerances and high-quality standards
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00-$38.00 per hour
Experience:
- CNC Master cam programming: 3 years (required)
- CNC Milling Setup: 3 years (required)
