Position Overview:
The Property Manager will be responsible for the overall site management, maintenance, day-to-day tenant issues, budgeting, and operational performance of a large-scale multi-tenant industrial site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property management, knowledge of building systems, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the industrial property, ensuring building systems and grounds are maintained to a high standard
- Manage service contracts, supervise on-site maintenance teams, and coordinate with third-party vendors and contractors
- Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day tenant issues, addressing service requests and operational concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and manage annual operating budgets and capital improvement plans
- Track operating expenses
- Review and approve vendor invoices, service contracts, and maintenance proposals
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure health and safety compliance, cleanliness, and property upkeep
- Assist in lease administration and compliance with lease terms
- Support senior management with reporting, project oversight, and long-term property planning
- Review and execute property checklist on a monthly basis
- Review and approve all invoicing to tenants and third-party vendors and contractors
- Handle emergency onsite situations as they arise in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of commercial property management experience with industrial assets
- Strong knowledge of building systems, vendor management, and lease administration
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and QuickBooks Online
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively under pressure
- A valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle
- Trades background or hands-on mechanical abilities considered a strong asset
- Must be located in the K-W/Cambridge market
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
