We are seeking two experienced Health & Safety Advisor to support a TA project starting on September 2, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
- Support incident investigations and corrective action follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with OHSA and internal safety standards
- Deliver safety orientations, training, and toolbox talks
- Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
- Collaborate with supervisors and field teams to improve safety performance
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Health & Safety role (construction or industrial preferred)
- Working knowledge of OHSA and relevant regulations
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- NCSO, CRSP, or equivalent designation considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license required
