The clinic has been a community pillar since 2017. The current owner is deeply embedded in the community, from junior hockey to volleyball, local schools, and various camps. Her referral network is your referral network.
THE SETUP
A shared wellness space with a full gym floor, office, and two dedicated therapy rooms. Classes and community programming run through the space, which means built-in foot traffic and visibility.
Equipment on site: Smith machine, free weights, hamstring curl, and more. The owner is open to investing in additional technology (laser, ultrasound, etc.) based on your needs.
YOUR OPTIONS
Option 1 — Independent Contractor (preferred): Rent the space for a low daily fee. Manage your own billing. Keep the vast majority of what you earn. Low overhead, high upside.
Option 2 — Fee Split: Prefer to work through the clinic? They can structure a beneficial fee split depending on what works for both sides.
THE FLEXIBILITY IS REAL
This is genuinely the most flexible physiotherapist opportunity on the market right now:
- Work as many or as few days as you want
- Saturdays are ideal, but days are negotiable
- You don't need to live in Merritt — candidates from Kamloops, Kelowna, West Kelowna, and surrounding areas are welcome
- New grads with strong hands-on training and the confidence to work independently are encouraged to apply

Pay: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per hour
