Job Summary
A&M Auto Wrecking LTD. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Export Sales Manager to develop and expand our international sales, with a primary focus on the Middle East market. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating sales agreements, and managing export operations while ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute export sales strategies to increase revenue in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners in the Middle East.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's export network.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and shipment.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export documentation, and company policies.
- Travel internationally as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
QualificationsRequired (Must Have)
- Proven knowledge of the automotive industry within the Middle East market.
- Fluency in English, Turkish, and Persian (Farsi) (spoken and written).
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred (Asset)
- Experience with import and export regulations, customs procedures, and international shipping documentation.
- Previous experience in export sales, international business development, or a related role.
- Knowledge of automotive parts, recycled auto parts, or the vehicle dismantling industry is considered an asset.
