Licensed 310S Technician - Signing Bonus & Retention Bonus
Cambridge Hyundai is looking for a Licensed 310S Technician for our flat rate shop. We are also offering a $1,000 signing bonus, and $2,000 retention bonus, after 6 months!
The position offers an opportunity to work in a professional environment with Hyundai, an exceptional OEM brand.
Your Area of Focus:
- Perform comprehensive automotive repairs, including engine diagnostics, brake work, suspension, and electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and schematics to accurately diagnose issues and execute repairs efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts used for each vehicle service.
- Follow safety protocols during all maintenance procedures, including heavy lifting and the use of appropriate safety gear.
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid replacements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on manufacturer specifications and industry best practices to ensure optimal vehicle performane.
What are the Must Haves?
- 310S Skilled Trades Ontario certification already in process or in possession.
- Proven dealership experience or extensive mechanic background preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, schematics, and assembly techniques.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during repair procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in diagnosing vehicle issues.
- Good customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about repairs and maintenance needs.
- Valid Ontario driver's license in good standing
