Duties
- Design and assemble fresh floral arrangements tailored to customer preferences and special occasions such as funerals, weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
- Manage inventory levels of flowers, foliage, containers, and accessories through merchandising best practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience in floral design - minimum 3 years
- Strong knowledge of flower types and flower care
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, and ensure timely completion of design projects
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed
