Site Supervisors Needed- Day & Night Shifts
Title: Site Supervisor — Industrial Warehouse Cleaning (Ajax & Milton)
Pay: $22–$24/hour
Location: Ajax, ON / Milton, ON
Spotless Canada is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead day-to-day cleaning operations at a 1.5 million sq. ft. industrial warehouse facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who can manage a cleaning team, maintain high service standards, and serve as the main point of contact on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the on-site cleaning team
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard across a large facility
- Train and support cleaning staff, including those new to the team
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client on-site
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Cleaning duties also required from supervisors
- Requirements:
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience in commercial/industrial cleaning preferred
- Must be available to work overnight
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable managing a team in a large warehouse environment
- Experience using ride-on scrubbers is a HUGE plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
