About the Role
As a Construction Project Coordinator within our REMS team in Toronto , you will play a key role in supporting the efficient execution of all phases of construction projects, from tendering through close‑out. You are highly organized, proactive, and bring a positive, solutions‑oriented approach. Summary of Essential Job Functions
Update project trackers, LLW, CAPEX, and TI records; oversee business case project tracking and complete construction‑related follow‑ups
Complete business case documentation with guidance from the Property Team and Construction Manager
Update CAPEX files as directed by the Property Team and Construction Manager
Assist with pre‑construction and tendering processes, including review of final bid submissions
Develop and maintain risk registers, issue logs, and project repositories
Attend and participate in onsite construction meetings
Complete site inspections and create internal action items as required
Track project costs and prepare change management reports
Create purchase orders, contracts, CCDC etc for construction projects
Coordinate construction requirements with tenants
Assist in preparing scopes of work and deliverables for construction budgets
Support landlord review of tenant construction documents, including preparing base building letters, reviewing drawings, and verifying lease requirements
Take lead on small projects completing full project lifecycle with Manager oversight
Coordinate with corporate construction teams
Review leases (TI, LLW) and other management requirements
Prepare and submit tenant TI and LLW packages for landlord payment
Perform other duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction project coordination within a property management environment or general contracting
Ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously
Experience with YARDI and other property management software
Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications
High initiative, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
High level of professionalism and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
Post‑secondary education in Architectural Technology, Building Science, or Project Management
Working toward PMP or RPA designation is an asset
Valid Toronto driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle required

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $73,747 to $93,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
