Clean Getaway Car Wash
Clean Getaway Car Wash is looking for mature, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our team as Car Wash Attendants.
This is a permanent casual part-time position offering flexible hours throughout the week, including weekends and holidays. This opportunity is ideal for retired individuals who enjoy staying active, working with the public, and being part of a friendly team environment.
Compensation
Starting Wage: From $15.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule
- Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, and Holiday shifts available
- Open 7 days per week: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- Holiday Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the wash bays, vacuum area, and property
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with wash equipment and payment systems
- Sweep, wash, and sanitize facility areas as required
- Monitor equipment and report maintenance concerns promptly
- Assist with site upkeep, including garbage removal and general cleaning duties
- Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all customers
- Work independently while supporting team operations as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of previous work experience (any industry)
- Previous experience in a car wash, janitorial, labour, maintenance, or customer service role is an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Comfortable performing physical tasks, including bending, lifting, reaching, walking, and repetitive movements
- Reliable transportation to and from work is required
- Clear Criminal Record Check (required and verified)
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Assets
- Bobcat and/or Skid Steer experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Previous car wash or facility maintenance experience
