Social Media Manager (Content Growth Focus) – Fitness & Wellness Brand Jump&Jacked / @jumpnjacked
We are looking for a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to help grow a fast-growing fitness brand focused on fun, low-impact trampoline (rebounding) workouts and online wellness content.
This role is ideal for someone who understands short-form content deeply and knows how to turn ideas into engaging videos that grow audiences across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
About the role:
You will help lead content strategy and execution across multiple platforms. This includes coming up with ideas, identifying trends, supporting content creation, editing short-form videos, and helping optimize posts for reach and engagement.
We are not looking for someone who simply schedules posts - we are looking for someone who can actively contribute to growth and bring creative direction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop content ideas based on trends and audience behavior
- Help plan and execute content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
- Assist with filming concepts and occasionally support content capture
- Edit short-form video content (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
- Write captions and optimize posts for engagement
- Stay on top of social media trends and apply them to content strategy
- Support overall brand growth through creative input
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience growing social media accounts (especially short-form video)
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Creative thinker with strong storytelling and hook writing skills
- Experience in video editing
- Self-starter who can work independently and bring ideas forward
Bonus:
- Knowledge or interest in rebounding, trampoline fitness, or lymphatic health
- Experience in fitness or wellness content

We are a fitness brand focused on making movement fun, accessible, and sustainable through trampoline-based workouts and online programming. Our content is energetic, positive, and designed to help people enjoy fitness and stay consistent.
Start process:
We will begin with a paid trial period where you will contribute ideas and support a small number of content pieces. If it’s a strong fit, we will move into a long-term monthly contract.
Compensation:
$2,000 - $3,000/month (part-time, ongoing role with room for growth)

Hybrid - remote and in person
