Dental Administrator
Full-Time | Calgary NW | Structured, Tech-Forward Environment
We are a modern, patient-focused dental practice seeking a high-calibre Dental Administrator to join our front-of-house team. We are looking for an experienced professional, or a highly capable administrator to join our growing practice. One who values structure, accountability, and delivering an elevated patient experience.
This is not a transactional front desk role. It is a professional administrative position within a practice that holds itself and its team to high standards.
Hours:
- Monday: 12:00 - 6:30 pm
- Tuesday: 8:00 - 4:30 pm
- Wednesday: 12:00 - 6:30 pm
- Thursday: 12:00 - 6:30 pm
- Fridays: OFF
- Saturdays: 8:30 - 3:00 pm (2 per month)

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a refined, professional patient experience, both in person and over the phone
- Manage scheduling with foresight, efficiency, and respect for clinical flow
- Confidently discuss treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance processes
- Coordinate recalls, follow-ups, and patient communication with precision
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate seamlessly with clinical and leadership teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications Required
- Dental Office Adnin Experience
- Strong customer service and professional communication skills
- High computer proficiency, including: Google Workspace (G Suite) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
- Professional presence, emotional intelligence, and accountability
- Experience with Open Dental
- Experience with Max Assist (Previously known as Recall Max)
