As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Retail Front Store Cashier to join our team and help us deliver the Mint experience — thoughtful service, strong collaboration, and care that puts people first.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you will play an important part in supporting Mint’s commitment to exceptional service, operational excellence, and a positive experience for patients, customers, and team members.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Customer Service & Checkout: Greeting customers, scanning items, handling cash/card payments, processing returns, and resolving customer complaints.
- Store Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and organized checkout area, cleaning spills, and organizing displays.
- Merchandise Handling: Returning unwanted items to shelves (go-backs) and restocking front-end inventory.
- Safety Compliance: Following health and safety policies
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for someone who brings the right mix of experience, professionalism, initiative, and care.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Education: High school diploma
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift items.
- Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor with the ability to handle stressful situations.
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail, cashiering, or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work independently : Saturday only 1 staff required
Ability to work : Wednesday 9 – 6pm Saturday 10 – 3pm
