HAYS SCHOOL- Hays School serves approx. 20 students from kindergarten to Grade 9 with a professional and support staffing of four.
1.0 FTE PROBATIONARY PRINCIPAL
Assignment includes: a school leadership/principal role along with a teaching assignment.

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, student-centered educator possessing the following qualifications:

Successful teaching and leadership experience and demonstrated ability to meet the Leadership Quality Standard.

A Masters is strongly preferred.

Team-oriented leadership style emphasizing collaborative decision-making.

Well-developed interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.
- Proven record of excellence in areas of quality teaching, optimum learning, and responding to instruction and intervention.

Willingness and ability to engage and foster school and community relationships.

Understanding of Low German Mennonite culture is a strong asset.
