Insurance Client Services Representative
Airdrie, AB
We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team in a client‑focused insurance services role. The successful candidate will learn our office environment, internal processes, and the full scope of insurance duties required by the agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal lines servicing — Assist new and existing clients with home and auto insurance
- Client support — Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships
- Policy administration — Process policy changes, documentation, and insurance‑related tasks
- Customer communication — Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats
Qualifications
- General Level 1 Insurance License (minimum requirement)
- Strong customer service skills and a client‑focused mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Additional languages considered a strong asset
- Applicant should preferably be located in or near Airdrie
- Willingness to obtain additional licensing, including the LLQP for life insurance, as required for expanded responsibilities

Pay: $46,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
